This is the on-line registration system of the Sierra Nevada Límite. From here you can easily register for the race of your choice. Read carefully the procedure and follow the payment instructions.
Registration Refund
All participants have the right to cancel their registration and receive the corresponding refund.
75% up to 3 months prior to the event
50% up to 2 months prior to the event
0% less than 2 months prior to the event
With CANCELLATION INSURANCE -> 100% registration until 15 days before the event. After this period no refund will be made.

Only cancellation refund requests sent before the last 45 days before the celebration of the event and 15 days before the celebration of the event will be accepted if it is with cancellation insurance to the mail sierranevadalimite@terraincognita.group.

All refunds will be made within 30 days from the date of acceptance of the request.

Once the cancellation request has been made, the place becomes available to the Organization, who will assign it to the candidate who occupies the first position on the waiting list at that time.

If the event has to be cancelled due to COVID19 reasons, a full refund of the registration fee will be offered (*excluding the administration fees paid during the registration process).
Cancellation insurance
The organization offers a Cancellation Insurance in which 100% of the registration fee will be refunded to all those runners who have contracted this service and have presented a document proving the seriousness and/or major cause of the withdrawal. This refund will only be made up to 15 days before the start of the race. After this date, no registration will be refunded.

Change of bib holder
The organization offers the possibility to change the name of the bib/chip as long as there is no waiting list in the registered modality.
To make the change you will have to send an email to sierranevadalimite@terrainconita.group with the data of the new runner.

The deadline to make the change is 15 days before the celebration of the event if the bibs are not sold out. If the bibs are sold out, no changes will be made.

Once the runner has communicated the name change request at sierranevadalimite@terraincognita.group , within 7 days the bib holder change will be made effective.

Cost: 5€.
Modality change
The organization offers the possibility of making a change of modality in case there are bibs available in that modality.
In case the modality to which you want to change is lower than the one registered, the difference between the amount paid and the price of the registration at the time of requesting the change will be credited, minus 3 € for management costs. Therefore, the price to be used for the new modality will be the corresponding price on the date of the change request. If the amount is 0€, the 3€ handling fee will not be charged.
In case you want to change to a higher modality, you will have to pay the difference between the price of both registrations.
To make the change you will have to request it by sending an email to sierranevadalimite@terraincognita.group.

Runner's bag with gifts from the sponsors.

Exclusive Finisher medal for all participants who finish the race.
All registrations for any modality of the Sierra Nevada Límite SUBIDA AL VELETA will be made exclusively online through the web portal enabled.
The inscriptions will be direct and the registered participants will be able to verify their inscription in the section Verify Inscription.
