The Sierra Nevada Límite SUBIDA AL VELETA is the cyclotourist race with the highest altitude finish line in Europe. A real cyclotourist challenge where the lovers of two wheels will face one of the longest mountain passes in Europe with more than 38km of ascent, with a positive difference in altitude of 2250m and an altitude of 3100m.
With a spectacular route from Cenes De la Vega to the foot of the Veleta, the Sierra Nevada Límite Subida al Veleta offers a unique cycling experience for all cycling enthusiasts.
The start of the SNL SUBIDA AL VELETA will take place at 8:00h from the Sports Pavilion of Cenes de la Vega.
The finish line of the SNL SUBIDA AL VELETA will take place at Pico Veleta.

The schedule of withdrawals of the SNL SUBIDA AL VELETA will be as follows:
All cyclists who retire or do not pass the closing of each checkpoint in the established time will be able to make use of the brooms and retired vehicles. These vehicles will transport the withdrawn riders to the next refreshment point, being Cenes de la Vega (finish line) the reference point for the stop.
All the runners of the SNL SUBIDA AL VELETA will be able to hand in their checkroom bag with the material they want to pick up at the finish line.
The material must be in a bag / backpack properly identified with the bib number.
Participants must hand in their bags before entering the starting box.
